As an experienced Software Engineer, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your deep knowledge of design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming will help teams raise their game, meeting our standards, as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements. Your expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to set strategic direction and solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally. Your quest to embracing leading-edge technologies and methodologies inspires the teams you work with to follow suit. And best of all, you’ll be able to harness massive amounts of brainpower through our global network of 40,000 technologists from around the world.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
  • Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Understanding of architecture and design across all systems 
  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
  • Proficiency in the majority of the following platforms/developer tools - UX, Jenkins, Cloud Foundry, AWS, Sonar, Bitbucket, Selenium and Erwin
  • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
  • Able to articulate a developer experience and map to the future state vision.
  • Able to Work with and influence the Developer community to identify the optimal method for delivery/adoption
  • Able to effectively be responsible for the grooming and allocation of the software engineer friction points backlog
  • Knowledge and understanding of the following; Agile and a “T-shaped” mindset, Dev/Ops concepts, software delivery automation

All internal moves will normally take place on the same grade and same salary. Salaries are reviewed annually in February. Exceptions to the rule regarding transfer on current salary may include a move between geographic locations.
