Job Description:

J.P. Morgan's Global Corporate Finance Operations has offices worldwide, supporting the Investment Bank across the globe by creating, designing and formatting electronic presentations for internal clients.

The documents we work on play an essential role in J.P.Morgan's communication with its clients, thus, making the role of the Presentation Specialist a central one.

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 03:00pm to 12:00am

(J.P.Morgan provides a private car service to drop employees home after the shift).

    The role requires involves:


  • Managing and leads a team of employees.
  • Communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.
  • Motivating team members and assessing performance, addressing any action item in order to improve results.
  • Be able to process Presentations work whenever required.
  • Providing encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
  • Answering team member questions, helping with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Providing help to management, including hiring and training, and keeping management updated on team performance.
  • Communicating concerns and policies among management and team members.
  • Be able to work on a global team, and manage queue and staff accordingly.
  • Conducting team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Providing quality customer service, including interacting with bankers , answering  enquiries, and effectively handling complaints.
  • Excellent oral and written communication both in English and Spanish
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work on a fast paced environment thriving under pressure
  • Adaptability/Flexibility and the ability to multitask
  • Graphic design background preferred
  • Team Management experience and leadership skills.
