Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank and Chase Wealth Management in JP Morgan’s Asset Management line of business.

The Private Bank is the world’s premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals.  Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations.  Global Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.

Chase Wealth Management encompasses our Chase Private Client (CPC) and Chase Investment Services businesses. Through a dedicated team of a banker and J.P. Morgan Advisor, Chase Private Client brings our affluent clients concierge banking from Chase and access to the investment expertise from J.P. Morgan. Chase Investment Services provides investment solutions to a broad range of Chase customers through Chase Investment Advisors.  The J.P. Morgan Securities Client Service Center’s mission is to create a great client experience and help individuals across all 50 U.S states to save and invest wisely. Position Summary:

The Digital Operations Strategy Manager will report to the Executive Director of CWM Digital Operations and support the strategic planning and implementation of digital initiatives in the CWM Operations business. The role will primarily focus on establishment of strategic vision, goals and metrics, governance and communication of our digital transformation in areas including service and support, trading, middle office, onboarding and digital help.  The ideal candidate will be able to operate in a cross-functional and often ambiguous environment, focus on outcomes rather than activity, and work collaboratively with key partners and stakeholders and have a proficiency in communication and presentation skills.


Initial responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Partner on business plan development across CWM Operations.
  • Articulate key deliverables required to achieve business results.
  • Building prioritization efforts across multi-business lines.
  • Partnering with CWM Operations senior leadership, peers and business liaisons to properly allocate resources focused on goals/objective delivery.
  • Create metrics and reporting structures that articulate progress towards macro and micro goals.
  • Facilitate the identification of efficiency opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Ensure technology inputs and prioritization aligns to optimized benefits.
  • Program management and governance, including budget management.
  • Communicating strategy and progress to all levels of the organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree and MBA, preferably in finance or technology or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with experience in wealth management, a private bank, or a closely related financial services organization.
  • Knowledge of brokerage operations, securities processing, clearing, and technical market expertise.
  • Experience supporting business plan development and prioritization.
  • Excellent leadership skills, of project teams, projects, and employees
  • Exceptional communication skills; must be a team player and be able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong track records for delivering complex projects and programs of work that drive growth.
  • Series 7 licenses preferred/ Series 99 required within 120 days
