This position is part of the Corporate Technology – Finance Technology team, specifically supporting efforts across our delivery programs, and various other Corporate Technology – Finance Technology initiatives. The Project Strategy Associate will operate at within the initiatives and support the Finance Technology Leads in driving the overall vision. This individual will support the team lead, and have the ability to provide insightful analytic output on a wide range of issues impacting the delivery programs and various other strategic priorities. In addition, they will engage with all levels of the organization.  



  • Convert detailed analysis into crisp presentations on recommendations / improvement strategies for leadership review and decision making
  • Own & Run : weekly staff meetings, quarterly town halls & annual off sites
  • Own & Run : Vendor, Facilities, Location, Training, People-Talent management for a 140 person organization 
  • Conduct trend analysis (financial, strategic, talent, operational) and provide tangible, actionable recommendation. Own implementing the recommendations   
  • Drive the simplification and rationalization of existing governance structure
  • Own Risk & Audit remediation tracking across the organization including driving action item closures
  • Strong ability to work across functions and businesses within JPM Own all ad-hoc requests & fire-drills


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in program management, business management or strategy preferred (top consultant experience A-plus)
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop strategies to deliver and execute on organizational goals and priorities; Understand organization's strengths & weaknesses; Identify external threats and opportunities; Adapt strategies to changing conditions
  • Analytical: Synthesize complex and/or diverse information to “tell a story” in a digestible manner that brings attention to the key details; use intuition and experience to complement data; Design work flows, operating models and procedures
  • Strong communicator: Create strategically timed & targeted communications to help drive awareness and engagement of priorities and accomplishments at all levels
