The Digital Technology team is responsible for setting and executing strategies that align with business objectives and drive innovation across Chase Online and Mobile, helping to establish the best Digital banking customer experience in the industry.  With the development of these innovative new services comes the challenge of providing controls that reassure and protect the customers, and help the Bank deal with the threats we face.

 
We are seeking a highly motivated project manager to play an active role in helping to define and execute our authentication, fraud and security controls roadmap.  This role will work closely with a cross-functional team, including technology, product, cyber, and risk and controls with a primary focus on mobile channel.


As a Digital Project manager you will help drive strategic objectives; often where an Agile-methodology is utilized; ensuring the projects meet the approved business goals on schedule.  The successful candidate will be accountable for project delivery, leadership communication, managing issue resolution, and mitigating risk in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Responsibilities include:

•    Rollout of new capabilities using the mobile device as a means of identifying the customer and simplifying the authentication experience
•    Demand management and mapping of project work to business value 
•    Issue tracking, escalation, and impact quantification 
•    Quantify exposure/severity of vulnerabilities/threats and potential business impacts 
•    Track and communicate program status to multiple levels of the organization

•    Minimally a Bachelor's Degree; in Engineering, Business Management, or Technology related fields a major plus
•    Experience in information technology with an emphasis on technology project management
•    Accomplishments in project leadership and policy/standards development
•    Candidate should be able to manage people and projects at a senior level, including ability to lead cross-functional discussions and project reviews
•    Excellent business acumen with a strong ability to map business requirements to technical solutions
•    Strong understanding of perimeter and core infrastructure security, including an excellent understanding of web, server, messaging and database platforms
•    Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills
•    Ability to present complex solutions and methods to a general community
•    Ability to drive and craft senior level reporting and metrics
•    Ability to build a strong people network within a large organization - effecting change and communicating clearly
•    Solid understanding of technology, operations, and business processes
•    Excellent communication skills including 
ability to communicate ideas, concepts to business and technical stakeholders

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Standards

 


Preferred Qualifications:
•    Comprehension of Information Security including vulnerability & compliance management, emerging threats and attacks

•    Demonstrated understanding of financial sector, or other large organization, security and IT infrastructures
•    Data Analysis – understand, interpret, validate, manipulate data using excel and other tools, and present conclusions and recommendation

•    Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a dynamic environment
