Job Description:

The division offers investment management across all major asset classes including equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset and money market funds. For individual investors, the business also provides retirement products and services, brokerage and banking services including trusts and estates, loans, mortgages and deposits.
The annuity/insurance product manager will drive the development, selection and distribution of individual annuity products across the JPMorgan Chase distribution channels.  Reports to the head of Senior Annuity Product Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Facilitate the development of and maintenance of a DOL compliant annuity product Platform
  • Evaluate an annuity advisory program, including platform changes and enhancements
  • Manage all marketing materials, compliance reviews and approvals
  • Conduct fund evaluations and annual reviews
  • Establish processes and procedures around wholesaler rules of the road especially as it relates to model changes within the DOL
  • Coordinate functional team to implement products with emphasis on training.
  • Present new concepts on national calls and road shows.
  • Manage product changes and enhancements.
  • Manage relationships, including marketing programs, with annuity carrier partners.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for investment specialists, planners and internal smart desk.
  • Assist Senior product manager in continued development of product strategy and various other task
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of annuity product management and/or annuity key account management experience.   Strong variable annuity experience is a must.
  • Advisory and mutual fund background a plus
  • Related experience in relationship management, sales, operations or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong project management, communications, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to transition from conceptual to practical application.
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills
  • Proven record in problem solving and business innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environments.
  • Proven ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Life & Health Licenses
  • Series 7 and 63 required
  • Series 24 preferred
