Head of Business Resiliency – Human Resources - London/Bournemouth
Business resiliency focuses on ensuring that the firm can maintain key business processes, systems and support functions in the event of disruptive events.  The Head of Business Resiliency for Human Resources is a new position that will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive global resiliency/crisis management program for the JPMC Human Resources organization. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight of HR resiliency strategy and approach ensuring its alignment to firm wide policies and framework:  (e.g., functional resiliency planning, quality assurance, testing, reporting, planning and overall execution)
  • Lead annual assessment of HRs resiliency strategy, ensuring it fit for purpose against addresses firm wide requirements, evolving resiliency risks and HRs operating model; proactively manage resiliency risks to incorporate appropriate mitigations and controls.
  • Coordinate annual refresh of the resiliency policy and standards including the identification of new risks (concentration, 3rd parties, new technology, automation, etc.)
  • Develop, produce and regularly validate reporting across HR functions and as needed by the Global Business Resiliency team
  • Drive resiliency issue analysis and ensure timely submission of completed action plans 
  • Partner with regional leads on reviewing and responding to regulatory/audit requests
  • Review and respond to ongoing regulatory/audit/control requirements and requests
  • Engage senior management on key aspects of the program, including risks, strategy, leadership and overall program oversight
  • Coordinate RCSA setup and annual execution. This includes understanding changes to RCSA program, RCSA definition requirements, selection of risks, standardizing controls/procedures. Support development and training on metrics tools/process
  • Facilitate/lead the efforts in support of the Location Strategy for the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) function, coordinate with functional owners and key stakeholders to optimize footprint and align with strategic objectives
  • 5+ years Business Resiliency experience and technical aptitude pertaining to BIAs, Planning, Testing, and Reporting
  • 5+ years Operational and Crisis Management experience
  • Experience leading and managing a team and facilitating meetings
  • Must be available as needed to provide assistance during non-business hours
  • Ability to work under demanding deadlines within a fast paced environment
  • Experience and exposure in MIS, managing projects, risks & controls related fields (e.g. audit, resiliency, operational risk)
  • Self-starter and motivated, able to operate with limited supervision
  • Detail and delivery oriented, able to effectively plan and track to timeline
  • Flexible and comfortable working with multiple competing timelines/tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to work with multiple teams and time zones
