As a Performance Improvement Analyst I, you will oversee the training support for the Open Collections group. Training includes, New Hire, Reintegration, Transitional, Effectiveness, Change and Update Training. In supporting the Business, you will also analyze quality data and trend data to ensure training needs are being met. You'll use statistical and quality data relative to unit productivity. Provide advice and answer questions concerning collections activities. It will be your responsibility to keep current on changes to policy or procedures. You will partner closely with Line of Business leadership in providing feedback and recommendations in regards to training.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8a-5p/ Potential travel maybe required
