Job Description:

 As a Performance Improvement Analyst I, you will oversee the training support for the Open Collections group.  Training includes, New Hire, Reintegration, Transitional, Effectiveness, Change and Update Training.  In supporting the Business, you will also analyze quality data and trend data to ensure training needs are being met. You'll use statistical and quality data relative to unit productivity.  Provide advice and answer questions concerning collections activities. It will be your responsibility to keep current on changes to policy or procedures. You will partner closely with Line of Business leadership in providing feedback and recommendations in regards to training.


  • At least two years in a coaching or facilitation role
  • At least three year's experience as a team leader or supervisor strongly preferred
  • At least two years collections experience preferred; experience with more severely delinquent accounts (120 days +) strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven ability to coach and develop in a classroom setting
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of collections and/or due diligence
  • Excellent supervisory skills
  • Excellent customer service; skilled at influencing and negotiating
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel required

Hours: Mon-Fri 8a-5p/ Potential travel maybe required
