This role provides the opportunity to be part of a very strong team responsible for a global system that spans across multiple lines of business within the JPMorgan Corporate Investment Bank. This team is responsible for building out new strategic set of services to support Collateral Management utilizing cutting edge software technologies in a continuous improvement, Agile delivery framework. This role will require participation at all stages of the project life cycle from requirements gathering to implementation requiring excellent business system analysis and process management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent analytical and process management skills required, and the ability to understand and interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Identify and analyze business needs, recommend business on options and potential risks.
  • Document business requirements, and work with the development team to design and implement the best solutions for users.
  • Document test cases in conjunction with business requirements and ensure that clear validation criteria are established across the project life cycle.
  • Establish strong working relationships with business users and different functional teams

Qualifications required:


  • Experience and knowledge of Agile/Scrum (BDD, TDD) development methodology strongly desired.
  • Solid Business Analysis/Project Management experience in supporting the banking sector preferred
  • Development experience in Core Java, on HTML5, CSS Styling, JavaScript (Angular JS/React JS/any other java script framework).
  • Experience in J2EE platforms, SQL, Services/Data Layer preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users, including senior business stakeholders, team leads, and subject matter experts
  • Self-starter, being able to take initiative and work independently. Results driven, able to work under high pressure and client focused
