The Team Leader will be handling approximately 15 specialists and will be responsible for the overall performance of the team. The candidate must have a substantial background on coaching and motivating subordinates to ensure employee satisfaction and development. Flexibility and adaptability are necessary for this position

The Team Leader Candidate should see to it that the team meets or exceeds the goals set by the process on Attendance, Call Handling Time, Compliance, and Quality. The candidate must know how to network and coordinate with different channels or departments to resolve specific concerns of the advisors or the whole operations.
