As a Help Desk Specialist, you will work in a team environment to deliver quality customer service to internal staff. In this role you will respond to calls, conduct first level problem determination and resolution insuring timely escalation of problems as necessary and log an track issues through completion.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Work experience in trouble shooting problems with day to day operating environments and customer application
Strong dedication to quality customer service
Quickly respond to clients inquiries and complaints
5 years of experience in I/T and in a Help Desk environment
Work experience in Data Center and Network devices
