The Treasury Services Sales Analyst is responsible for the sales and service of the Private Bank Treasury Services solution set to Wealth Management clients.  This role provides an opportunity to partner with Global Wealth Management Clients, Advisors, and Client Service teams.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth and maintenance of Business Banking relationships and Cash Management solutions for both new clients and existing clients.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining expert knowledge of Treasury Services products and solutions and providing ongoing training and education for Advisors and Client Service teams
  • Providing support to the field on general inquiries (e.g. overview of product features, pricing)
  • Entering information into Deal Manager on an accurate and timely basis to ensure the efficient implementation process of new products and services; active involvement in implementation follow up requests.
  • Partnering with Deposit Sales Managers to ensure active follow-up and tracking of sales opportunities
  • Preparing proposals, pricing analysis and cost/benefit analysis based on client needs
  • Partnering with Marketing to create internal and external sales materials to promote the various Treasury Services products and solutions, along with highlighting client benefits
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of Treasury Services/Cash Management product knowledge
  • Knowledge of the private client business and associated products
  • Team-oriented and able to interact effectively with various functions including investment professionals, marketing, risk, legal, compliance, technology and operations team members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
