Global Finance & Business Management is seeking a Business Manager to support Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) functions, including but not limited to multi year planning reporting, services management planning and support, demand management governance and oversight of the asset management function for the End User Services (EUS)organization.  The Business Manager will report directly to the EUS Business Management lead, and matrices to EUS Service Owner.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: In partnership with Finance, lead the annual/continual financial planning activities; provide business rational and decisions for all month-end financial performance and forecasting;
  • Business Performance: Define the key performance indicators, drive data quality initiatives across the service area, define future needs of the service area
  • Investment Portfolio Mgmt: Analyze and support the engagement of the service area with the GTI Investment Portfolio Prioritization and management
  • Resource/People/Location Mgmt: Coordinate the resource and location strategy for the service area and maintain a process to ensure changes are included in monthly forecasting process
  • Efficiency: Support the service productivity program, modeling efficiency ideas and comparing those with existing technology product costing.
  • Organize financial review and investment approval process for the Service Area
  • Provide business explanation for all monthly, YTD performance and commentary on outlook
  • Support the monthly Business Review process and Service Review process for the Service Area
  • Organize and coordinate the personnel review and approval processes for the Service Area
  • Partner with Service Owners to manage the Costing Model to accurately calculate effective rates for each product, including analysis against benchmarks.  Provide analysis of product and Line of Business volume and consumption.
  • Represent the service area during the annual Product Price Guide (PPG) change management process and monthly billing issue review meetings.  Incorporating analysis and financial scenario modeling on efficiency opportunities and impact on product pricing.
