The Commercial Banking HR Project Manager position represents an exciting opportunity to drive change in a rapidly evolving space. This multi-faceted position reports directly to the Head of HR for Commercial Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, strategy, and execution of significant projects that will drive key initiatives across the Commercial Bank and firm wide JPMC HR landscape.
 

The day-to-day responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute strategic program engagement and communication plans
  • Working with other areas of HR including compensation, reporting, recruiting and line of business HR Business Partners
  • Collaborate effectively with the leadership teams, business & technology partners to represent the interests of HR
  • Plan & coordinate meeting logistics and execute large and small internal events – including but not limited to preparing invitations, presentations, talking points, and briefings
  • Recording minutes of meetings, and ensuring action items are followed through to closure
  • Research and draft a variety of communications, including program updates, announcements, articles for the intranet
  • Deliver activities from end-to-end effectively by leveraging appropriate resources and tools to manage project components

  • Analyzes problems: identifies problems, recognizes the root causes, and identifies multiple potential or innovative solutions to problems
  • Escalate information: effectively recognizes important information and is able to escalate high-risk issues to others clearly and in a timely fashion
  • Project management: demonstrates project management experience including developing and maintaining project plans, consulting with the business and end users, and documenting steps required to execute or modify programs
  • Executive level presenting and reporting

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience (program management, process improvements and change management); knowledge of Commercial Banking is preferred
  • Strong project management techniques with proven teamwork and influential skills 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills 
  • Established track record of delivery in a complex environment and experience driving process re-engineering design and implementation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience 
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills
  • Advanced MS Office and PitchPro skills
  • BA / BS degree
