The Senior Product Manager is a product owner responsible for end to end operational and servicing strategy, operational readiness for internal and external clients, and supporting cross-functional work to coordinate development of industry-leading online commerce product offerings. Specifically, this role will be responsible for the business intelligence product suite and associated capabilities for the merchant acquiring business.
This highly collaborative position requires an individual who has demonstrable product management and ownership skills and a proven history of successful product delivery. The ideal candidate understands that product management is cross-functional and involves business development, strategic thinking, market research, client interaction, architecture, resource planning, and general awareness of goals versus constraints.

  • Develop readiness and servicing strategies for new product launches
  • Identify operational impacts and work with stakeholders to develop the journey through the next generation of client servicing
  • Develop before and after impacts/flows for new products and services deployed
  • Verify and develop roadmap of servicing tools to ensure multiple servicing channels are in place
  • Work with stakeholders to drive required changes for revised service flow
  • Identify business requirements and change controls
  • Understand and use data to derive actionable outcomes
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and create compelling business cases to communicate and influence stakeholders
  • Own projects end to end, from conception to deployment
  • Ensures internal readiness for launch of products and enhancements
  • Defines and maintains pricing model
  • Maintains the assigned products controls environment
  • Resolve issues for assigned products as well as sunset/decommissioning activities when applicable
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of product and/or operations related experience
  • Must have prior experience working at a payments, or payment technology company
  • In-depth understanding of the B2B payments space and payments actors (merchants, brands, acquirers, gateways, vendors, etc.)
  • Experience in leading and working with cross- functional groups
  • Strong project management experience
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver a successful product roadmap
  • Experience developing product strategy and establishing product positioning
  • Must have strong organizational skills to plan, organize and schedule resources
  • Proven success interfacing with external parties
  • Experience with technical concepts and working with technical staff as needed
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Powerpoint and excel//MS ACCESS/SQL
