If so, then this might be the right opportunity for you.  This dynamic position within Strategic Alliances organization will help the team develop understanding of how consumers are engaged with our products and identify opportunities to grow the business.  As a strategic and analytical thinker, you will use your passion to deliver insights to 1) help drive strategies for one of our core clients and 2) monitor and conduct analyses on our new Starbucks credit/debit products and Chase Pay at Starbucks.  This individual will need to understand our clients business, how they think about their consumer and brand, and how our products can help drive growth for their business.
  • Identify data driven insights to influence business strategies across cobranded Starbucks credit/debit cards and usage of Chase Pay at the retailer
  • Provide reports to both internal and external clients on performance and trends of products
  • Create presentation for partner facing meetings
  • Enhance our data capabilities by leading projects to capture more behavioral information
  • Deliver partner related insights that can be applied to their business  
  • Drive and collaborate with other business areas to deliver robust set of reports to our client  
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience in loyalty marketing or strategic analytics, digital experience preferred
  • Proven programming skills; SAS/SQL preferred
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and interactions across different business areas, including with external clients  
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn and teach new things
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
