The Wealth Management business offers individuals and families personalized, comprehensive financial solutions that integrate sophisticated investment management, capital markets, trust and banking capabilities.  JPMorgan Private Bank was recognized in 2017 by Euromoney as the world’s best global private bank, with more than 1,800 client advisors in 120 offices in 11 countries.


Legal entities in London, Brussels, Frankfurt, Milan, Madrid, Geneva, Singapore and Hong-Kong are being used to provide private banking services to ultra high net worth (UHNW) and high net worth (HNW) individuals in the EMEA/ASIA region.. It is also the entity which provides banking, trading, and brokerage and custody services to clients of the Wealth Management (GWM) in Asia. JPMIB is a UK bank and is regulated by the PRA and FCA; it operates out of its UK head office with branches in Brussels, Frankfurt, Madrid and



Specifically his/her task will include:

  • Project lead on various end to end projects and New Business Initiatives impacting the Wealth Management Legal Entity Control.

  • Responsible for documenting business requirements, ensuring technology understands the requirements, traceability to the Functional Specification Document (FSD), and monitoring overall progress of the project (e.g. milestone tracking).

  • Lead and/or participate in project meetings and represent the team's vision accordingly with both business and technology partners.

  • Gain insight into the current tools/operating models via knowledge share sessions.

  • Engage in new design discussions and document existing and future workflow processes.

  • Provide continuous feedback on project status to management and impacted stakeholders; update project tracker.

  • Write test scripts, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production checkouts.

  • Audit/accounting knowledge (preferably in the banking/financial) sector,

  • Knowledge of project related tasks,

  • Strong sense of responsibility and self organization,

  • Able to work independently,

  • Analytical, communication, organizational skills,

  • Strong technology skills including strong PC skills (Excel, Access),

  • Fluent in English.
