Commercial Banking (CB) delivers extensive industry knowledge, local expertise and dedicated service to more than 24,000 global clients, including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions and not-for-profit organizations along with nearly 35,000 real estate investors/owners. 
Commercial Banking Client On-boarding (CBCO) is responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of client on-boarding experience, which includes account opening, set-up of cash management products and services.  CBCO is a ~300FTE global organization that provides dedicated onboarding and product implementation services for our clients.  A strategic priority for the organization is to ensure that we have best-in-class data, reporting, and business analytics programs in place, enabling continuous improvements in client experience, control, and efficiency while streamlining the reporting process.
The Business Analysis & Reporting Manager will join a global Data, Analytics, and Tools (DAT) organization, leading a data and management reporting programs with high levels of visibility to senior managers.  This an experienced, hands-on role.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver end-to-end data & reporting project execution across supported business
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive adhoc data, analysis, and presentation needs and “what if” scenario modeling
  • Drive a data quality and automation agenda with global DAT and Technology partners
  • Prepare a monthly Executive Management Report (EMR) presentation, incorporating key productivity, efficiency, service, and control metrics
  • Oversee refresh of headcount capacity and forecasting models to ensure appropriate staffing levels in anticipation of expected volume patterns
  • Manage data quality controls and RCSA compliance for the team (e.g. report inventory, risk rating, and documentation)
  • Play a key role in migration of CBCO data environment to new Enterprise Data Hub (Hadoop/Qlik Sense)
 
 Qualifications:
 
  • 7-10+ years of total experience within MIS, Analytics, Finance, and/or Management Consulting roles.  The successful candidate will have a unique mix of data and business management skills.   
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting and analysis from diverse, complex data sources.  Attention to detail a must with focus on executive quality presentation 
  • Excellent communication, project management, and client partnership ability 
  • Advanced-level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, VBA, PowerPoint)  
  • Experience developing & managing development of complex business analysis models, preferably in support of volume capacity and forecasting initiatives  
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing concepts and exposure to one or more Business Intelligence toolsets and database platforms: SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Tableau , Analysis Services (SSAS), Qlikview, Business Objects, SAS, Crystal, R, SQL/Oracle/Teradata, etc 
  • BS/BA required; quantitative focus / advanced study a plus
