Team and Department (Investor Services) Summary:
 
  • The Client Implementation Project Manager will work within APAC Implementation & Solutions Group.  The Implementation & Solutions Group is primarily responsible for:
  • Complex Deal Management (including key prospects and re-tending clients and existing clients with large programs of change)
  • Project managing the implementation of standard and complex, new or incremental mandated business and off-boardings
  • Managing complex demand by documenting end-to-end client solutions for complex, cross-product client requirements driven by new business opportunities
  • Managing the pricing process for standard and complex new business opportunities, and perform existing client profitability analytics, incremental product pricing and re-pricing
  • The team reports regionally to the Head of APAC CFS Client Service, Implementations and Solutions
 
Position Summary:
The Collateral Management Client Implementation Project Manager will be a core part of the Implementation & Solutions Group, and will be responsible for the implementation of Collateral Management client business on to the JPM platforms. This includes being responsible for new and incremental business from mandate through to go-live. The team works closely with Product Managers, Sales & Relationship Managers, Client Service Account Managers, New Business Implementation Managers, Deal Managers and directly with JP Morgan clients to develop and design the architecture to support the account structure
 
Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities:
  • Implementation Execution
  1. On time (mutually agreed client and Collateral Management business timetable)
  2. On specification (services to match those agreed with client, with change control as required)
  3. On process (onboarding within described processes and procedures)
  • Client & Internal Communications: Coordination of key client engagement & communications, including engagement with key client stakeholders
  • Project Management Discipline: Establish and maintain the project workplan, deliverables list, RAID log
  • General Implementation Support: Working closely with the broader Client Implementation and Solutions group in supporting other implementation related matters on an ad hoc basis
 
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge
Mandatory:
  • Financial Services experience; preferably in Securities industry and an understanding of the Collateral Management business
  • Wholesale financial services experience in at least 2 key business disciplines (Operations, Client Service, Commercials, Finance, Business Development, Product, Sales, Projects or Relationship Management)
  • Project Management
  • Senior stakeholder management
  • Effective time management skills to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Advantageous:
  • Experience in transition activity in the Collateral Management business
