Coordinates scheduling, development, and trafficking of creative assets from inception to completion, managing workflow of project deliverables through the use of appropriate tools, resources, and processes.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Consults team members for approval of schedules, revising schedules when necessary.
Maintains a clear and reasonable vision of next steps and the big picture during project meetings and/or whenever project parameters change.
Proactively manages details throughout project lifecycle, ensuring that deliverables are executed in a timely manner.
Engages team members, internal clients and strategic partners, and external partners/vendrops throughout project lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a Project or Traffic Management, or related role.
Understanding of Marketing / Advertising creative workflow processes.
Strong project management skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Working knowledge of Adobe CS a plus.
