The Global Recruiting Infrastructure and Operations function drives consistency and delivers efficiencies through shared services, consistent metrics and technology-driven solutions to improve the recruiting function’s ability to support the hiring needs of the business. The role will lead a team responsible for consolidating, analyzing and validating all data and reports required for daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc requests from senior management.
Ensures that reports are generated in a timely and consistent manner in accordance with SLAs and best practice.
Partners with Technology Leaders / Firmwide Staffing to maximize metrics availability and improve source data quality as well as refine reporting and analysis requirements.
Analyzes data to discover trends, patterns and correlations that will assist management in making better business decisions.
Provides recommendations on how to address gaps based on reports generated
Identifies process improvements to streamline data collection and report creation
Will also manage and ensure roll-out and implementation of new systems and tools related to the Recruitment organization
