Training Project Manager
Firmwide Oversight and Control (O&C) is designed to ensure a strong and consistent control environment across the organization from front office to back office, across lines of business and corporate functions. With Control Officers appointed for each Line of Business, Function and Region, there is a comprehensive coverage/accountability model that promotes firmwide dialogue and consistency in approach and solutions.
The O&C Central Team supports Governance, Business Management, Training, the People Agenda, and oversight of firmwide initiatives including New Business Initiative Approvals, Quality Assurance and the Office of Legal Obligations (OLO). One key area of focus for this position will be providing effective and impactful training and communications support for the OLO program – a firmwide, global initiative that brings together the expertise of Legal, Lines of Business, O&C, Compliance, Risk and other key control functions, to proactively manage regulatory changes into our operations and allow the firm to trace end-to-end connections between laws, rules and regulations and policies, procedures and/or other documentation. Additional support for other O&C related programs and initiatives are also part of the key responsibilities.
