Risk & Finance Technology is responsible for the technology platform that provides risk managers with
capability to Compute and Assess Risk at a Firm Level for various market scenarios. The team has a large
book of work with key objective of Simplifying Technology Architecture & Operating Model, Providing
Scalable solutions & Resilient Infrastructure, and Improving Data Quality and Management to support
Business Growth and new/changing Regulatory Requirements.
Within the Risk & Finance Technology Organization,CAMPS (Country Risk, CPG, Asset Management,
Market Risk, Prime Brokerage, Principal Risk & Stress)is responsible for developing and managing very
large scale and mission critical risk calculation systems to compute VaR, Counterparty Risk, Market Risk,
Credit Risk, Country Risk, Asset Management Risk, Prime Brokerage Risk as well as Stress test calculation
for the firms traded portfolio, retained loans and client positions for the bank. The team is comprised
top notch technologists with footprint across New York, Houston, London, Glasgow, Singapore, Beijing,
and Bengaluru. The primary challenge faced by the team is optimization of billions of calculations on
terabytes of data by leveraging cutting edge technologies.
As a User Experience Developer you will help define and drive the UX Design strategies and road map for
the CAMPS organization. You will provide intuitive user experiences, digital design artifacts and service
Responsibilities:Partner with stakeholders and end users Document user feedback, developing personas and user stories Focus on responsive and intuitive designs Product development expertise; ability to determine feature-set and prioritize features Develop wireframes for all digital channels; web, tablet, mobile, kiosk Conduct A/B testing and user studies Confer with other UX teams to gain consensus when necessary Recommend and document the user experience, UI behaviors and design
Qualifications:Minimum 4+ years of UX development experience Strong software and business systems design, analysis, and development skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to influence and gain design consensus Ability to simplify business user interfaces Ability to deliver design revs quickly Experience with Agile delivery models
Preferred Expertise:Strong demonstrated knowledge of Python Ability to create clickable prototypes Experience with cutting edge UX technologies (WPF/Java FX/HTML5) Knowledge of Risk management, derivatives, and/or other financial instruments
