The Corporate Technology (CT) organization develops applications and provides technology support for corporate functions across JPMorgan Chase, including Global Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and all functions within the Corporate Administrative Office (CAO).  The Risk Quantitative Development (RQD) IT Organization has responsibility for implementation of Retail financial models in credit, collections, fraud, and regulatory reporting, as well as providing firm-wide model governance systems, and analytical environments for business analysts and model developers.
This position is for a seasoned Program Manager with strong business analytical skills who will be accountable for the management and program delivery of complex, matrix, cross line of business Information Technology, product and client facing projects. 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Manage complex technical initiatives timeline and successful delivery of value across large matrix teams through a common delivery practice (spanning delivery methodologies i.e. Waterfall, Agile or Kanban) as well as moving programs to a re-usable and sustainable process 
  • Significant end to end investment delivery including platform expansion, client driven change and cross-business priority initiatives, including supporting migration and creation of new applications into the Risk Quantitative Development organization, working directly with the LOB users of the platform
  • You will need a thorough understanding of the controls surrounding the development, testing and releases of analytic applications in support of various Risk, Finance, Operations and Marketing business processes
  • The individual also must be an Application Development applied technologist to develop a business engagement to support multiple applications
  • Provide analysis and oversight of the SAS Control Uplift efforts to ensure the appropriate LOB’s have  governance and controls in place such as protection of PII data, scanning for PII, as well as
  • Ensure assigned client migrations are completed within agreed upon timelines and with full accountability for end-to-end process
  • Coordinate with the business work groups and CCB SAS Steering Committee to address further changes to requirements, priorities or reallocation of current platform capacity throughout the program
  • Manage detailed plans and timelines for the initiation, requirements, design and build phases of the program
  • Drive the execution of environment testing for system integration, user acceptance for internal JP Morgan and clients
  • Lead/participate in meetings at the operational, project and executive level, providing continuous feedback on project status; offering constructive options to ensure projects track to business expectations
  • Identify resourcing/scheduling conflicts/changes to project scope
  • Function as an escalation point to keep all parties aware of overall project impact, facilitating management decisions at the earliest possible time
  • Recognize key issues and risks and facilitating teams to solution or escalate to senior management
  • Deliver through the standard based framework tool for portfolio and reporting such as Clarity.
  • Support the product and business development and execution of plans for a successful implementation
  • 7+ years of related industry experience in support of Programs and Projects in the financial services industry
  • Experience in delivery of the technology realm of financial services is a key advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, yet ability to navigate the landscape
  • College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, including Exchange to Exchange (E2E), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Application Development (AD) team management
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven, result oriented environment
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on-time and on-budget
  • Must have experience in managing multiple deliverables to different business groups in service delivery manger role and ability to build stronger customer relationships
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Must be well organized and able to multi-task
  • Possess good management skills, with ability to work well across disciplines, business lines, and geographies
  • Excellent analytic skills, with a focus on risk identification and mitigation
  • Ability to tailor communications (written and verbal) to a range of distinct audiences from project participants through senior management
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS Project, Project Server, Clarity
  • Strong knowledge of Consumer and Community Banking (CCB)
  • SAS product domain knowledge 
  • Agile SDLC delivery experience is strongly preferred
  • Cloud experience is desirable
