The Global Control Room (GCR) & Disclosure of Interest (DOI) Project Management team is responsible for planning, executing and delivering strategic process improvement and technology initiatives on behalf of the Control Room and Disclosure of Interest Compliance teams. Our team partners with our GCR and DOI Compliance teams to analyze and assess current state compliance operations, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities (technical and operational) and manage the end-to-end implementation of the target state vision. This team works closely with Compliance, Front & Middle Office, Operations, Legal and Technology teams across all lines of business to drive strategic change across the organization.


Global Compliance Programs is seeking a highly qualified Project Management Support/Business Analyst to assist project team in the execution of projects designed to strengthen the Compliance organization.


Candidates will work with Project Managers, Compliance, Data Management Operations and Compliance Technology to support projects, design processes and implement innovative business solutions.


The candidate will have responsibility for managing User Acceptance Testing, coordinating reporting and metrics, maintaining PMO standards and support ad hoc requests.



  • The candidate should demonstrate the ability to develop relationships across multiple teams, and at all levels of an organization
  • Candidate should be able to work on multiple work streams, with competing priorities, in a changing environment
  • Has demonstrated experience in creating PowerPoint presentations, developing and tracking against project plans in Excel or MS Project
  • Excellent verbal and written communication required.
  • Specifically for UAT, successful candidates will:
    • Provide quality assurance over documented defects
    • Analyze and consolidate defects globally
    • Conduct research to determine if additional requirement gathering is necessary
    • Facilitate regional calls with end users
    • Facilitate reporting defect metrics
  • A minimum of 4 years working in a corporate environment, preferably at a financial institution
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Solid analytical skills and writing skills, including experience in writing specifications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills
  • Inquisitive, tenacious and investigative; able to follow through on all aspects of analysis from detection to solution
  • Keen attention to detail, ability to complete work at a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and to work independently including applying sound business judgment to escalate/help resolve issues as needed; agility in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
  • Experience using Excel and/or Microsoft Access
  • Experience working with/in Compliance, Operations, Finance, Risk, or Control functions also a plus
  • Experience in managing UAT is desirable
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools would be an asset
