Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Recruit for the CCB Operations at Bangalore
  • Sourcing the right candidate for the role, and leveraging the various channels (internal applicants, referrals, job boards, and vendors) appropriately
  • Ownership of candidate experience - managing hiring resources appropriately to create great candidate experience
  • Partner with the stakeholders (local as well as global) to ensure the positions are filled within agreed timelines and deliver superior customer experience
  • Ensure 100% compliance with the documentation for the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Drive strategic initiatives and projects in the Talent Acquisition function
  • Model the organization's core values, operating principles, and philosophies in hiring
  • Promote transparency in Communication and build an atmosphere of mutual trust and cooperation
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven Execution Focus on achieving targets
  • Strong problem solving, time management, analytical and organizational skills
  • Exposure to volume hiring
  • Adaptable to various changes in policies, procedures, and management styles and business direction
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, objectives and deadlines
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Be flexible with schedule based on business needs 
  • Prior experience in Human Resources / Contact Center Operations is required
  • 5+ years of prior professional experience is preferred
