Job Description

Key Responsibilities covered by these areas:
  • Working with management across lines of business to plan high-level strategic client engagement and flagship events such as the China Summit / Hands on China series, CEO and CFO events
  • Background research and analysis for on key sectors and macro trends in China and rest of Asia Pacific
  • Producing marketing materials and written summaries of meetings
  • Responding to requests from senior clients and internal management

 

These points have been carefully considered as being essential for the role.  Your background must accurately reflect all of these for your application to be considered. 
  • Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the financial industry
  • Connectivity with C suite clients would be desirable
  • Ability to come up with ideas and initiatives to drive the client agenda forward
  • Native speaker of English Strong English language skills  - strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen interest in financial market developments and familiarity with key issues in the Chinese and Asian economies
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • High levels of drive and motivation
  • Strong work ethic
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Chinese language
