III. Background to the Role and Business Description
J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, NA (JPMCB) is rapidly expanding its revenue business in India. CS&I group in JPMCB is looking for an Analyst to manage and support Client Servicing for Treasury Services
IV. Job Description
  • Actively manage a number of identified clients including Corporate and Non Banking Financial Inst
  • Handle all escalations from the assigned clients and work with internal parties to address it satisfactorily
  • Conduct regular client calls and address complex inquiries and concerns from clients
  • Act as a single point of Contact for external clients and internal business partners including managing all account maintenances
  • Support various transformation initiatives to enrich client experience
  • Track and understand impact of the regulatory changes on our clients and proactively work with them to comply with the same
  • Manage KPIs , metrics and country business objectives
V.  Job Requirements
Education/Professional Qualifications & Skillsets:
  • Understanding of Global Cash Management products
  • Bachelor's degree holder with > 6+ years experience in customer service or Sales/Relationship Management role, preferably with exposure to multinational corporates and financial institutions
  • Good inter-personal and relationship management skills
  • Understanding of various aspects in clearing such as RTGS, NEFT, NACH, SWIFT, CHIPS, FED other Currency Clearing
  • Ability to work independently and meet set metrics
