Position Summary
 The Financial Institution Group (FIG) VP Senior Sales works as an independent Treasury Service Manager (TSM) particularly focusing on Non-Bank FI (NBFI) sector to increase revenue stream from responsible NBFI client portfolio. Candidate is required to show his / her ability to act as a role model of sales with creating a sales-culture together with FIG Head in Japan.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
  • Act as an independent Treasury Service Manager (TSM) in new business acquisition.
  • Current business environment needs the stricter risk management & compliance skillset. AML / KYC knowledge and sense is required to keep the ball rolling.
  • Manage to deliver portfolio revenues at branch level and head office levels in payment / collection and liquidity management business in NBFI sector.
  • Develop and execute an effective marketing scheme at client level to grow Payment and Liquidity business.
  • Expand client coverage on existing business, new products and overseas branches through establishing relationships with NBFI clients.
  • Promote an effective operation risk environment including but not limited to accurate and timely renewals and completion of KYCs and other internal reporting requirements.
  • Act as an organizer of client events and communication to promote and strengthen J.P. Morgan’s franchise.
  • Participate and contribute in end-to-end reviews to ensure constant improvement in our product and service delivery to clients.


  • At least 10-years banking experience in wholesales/corporate segments.
  • Team player with good sales, coordination and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to other cities to visit branch clients independently.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
  • If the candidate has the experience of communication with client in other LOB, it is desirable.
Graduate / post-graduate. BA or MA from a reputable institute preferred. CCM (Certified Cash Manager) or ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers), CAMS (Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialist) certification are a plus
