Our Team

 

The Credit Project Team is part of Private Banking Operations and support the International Lending Advisory team, Credit Executive, and work closely with partners to ensure project delivery across a number of macro and micro level projects. The team is mainly focussed on working with Credit Operations, Technology, and other relevant stakeholders to drive forward value enhancing initiatives.

 

The Role

 

The candidate will, among others, perform the following tasks:

•Be responsible for the planning, management and delivery of high profile global projects,  utilising a robust  project plan  including pragmatic application of project management methodologies, use of a clearly defined delivery roadmap and robust financial and risk management,

•Work with project stakeholders across functional groups (e.g. Legal, Technology, Middle Office, Business Management), to define and document business requirements,

•Coach and mentor team members,

•Manage and prioritize initiatives that are requested by stakeholders,

•Plan and perform testing of new functionality and regression testing,

•Provide updates on the project status to  management and stakeholders,

•Drive continuous improvement of the teams strategic approach to managing change, including identifying best practice,

•Drive progress against a defined plan, understand challenges and mitigate potential cost or time delays

•Identify and secure appropriate resources for the project; define clear roles and responsibilities for all team members including responsibility for the delivery of project artefacts,

•Provide team leadership to change professionals, developing colleagues through challenging objectives, feedback and coaching 

Requirements

Applicants should have relevant experience in the industry, and fulfil the following requirements:

•Expertise in Change Management,

•Strong understanding of Project Methodologies

•Experienced in Business Analysis and in driving operational change and system development

•A good understanding of the Financial Services industry, specifically credit, lending and risk

•Ability to demonstrate leadership of people and teams

•Flexibility and adaptability

•Strategic thinking with the ability to implement and manage day-to-day tasks,

•Identify critical requirements and potential gaps by understanding complex and interdependent processes.

•Demonstrated leadership in running a program or a process where the understanding of complex operational processes/products was required,

•Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization and project management skills

•Creative, able to add input to improving existing workflows,

•Ability to communicate, present effectively and adapt messaging appropriate to the audience,

•Team player, shows commitment and dedication, can maintain a positive attitude and deliver results in a demanding environment,

•Ability to take initiatives, work independently, multi-task and work well under pressure

•Advanced MS access and excel with macros knowledge is a plus,

•Excellent command of English language, knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.
