As a Control Room Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving various processing and workflow issues (transmission, profile, application.). You will coordinate projects with other support teams during migrations, platform releases, and scheduled outages. This position requires strong analytical skills and communication skills as well as the ability to identify bottle necks in the workflow. You will need to work directly with various IT groups, which requires focus and the ability to multi-task.
  • Responsible for monitoring systems exceptions, investigating suspicious activity, reconciliation, image processing and monitoring processing systems, processing of funds transfer, funds control, and database applications
  • Ensures key schedules for system availability are met
  • Maintains daily log of all system disruptions, escalates issues to senior management
  • May work with clients, management and outside agencies
  • Responsible for administration of outages, engaging management, GTI, opening tickets, documentation of root cause, and communicating with senior management, clients, and other banks regarding payment processing issues or transactions
  • Document and communicate all issues and resolutions
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Operations experience with workflow management and/or experience with Command Center Monitoring or relevant experience.
  • Experience performing audit work in accordance with department standards and completing assignments efficiently with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of coverage
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to follow complex methods and procedures in diverse routine and non-routine tasks
  • Ability to plan and prioritize
  • Analyze workflow and identify all bottle necks in specific stages
  • Intermediate experience with Office Excel is a must

Work schedule - Monday - Friday / Must be flexible 8am - 8pm - some weekends may be required
