The Commercial Banking Client On-boarding (CBCO) Implementations group is responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of the setup of cash management products and services for Commercial Bank clients.
The CBCO CBI team is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager who will have responsibility for the implementation of new business for our top clients and complex deals.  The Senior Implementation Project Manager is responsible for the management of several simultaneous highly complex, large scale projects.
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage clear expectations and understanding by establishing clear timelines and managing documentation requirements
  • Exhibit ownership of on-boarding experience and client satisfaction
  • Ownership of internal communication and status updates
  • Ensure deal deliverables are met and hold owners accountable by managing implementation issues, escalations and error resolution
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making
  • Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements
  • Diligent awareness of risks in our processes in a timely manner
  • Ownership, escalation and resolution of risk issues when they occur in a timely manner
  • Manage activities through heavy phone work with clients and business partners
•The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer.  It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level. 
  • 5 Years of relevant experience
  • Project Management experience, including the use of project plans and issue logs
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiating skills
  • Proven ability to successfully manage conflict, proven team leadership and meeting facilitation skills
  • Strong technical aptitude pertaining to Treasury Management products
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, and ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Some travel may be required (less than 25%) to visit clients
    Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Cash Management and Treasury Services experience and knowledge
  • Operations and Customer Service experience
  • CTP or PMI certifications
  • Proficient in various desktop and internet based applications
  • BA/BS degree
