The VP, Business Process Management Manager will play a key role in major initiatives for the Commercial Term Lending business operation teams. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader with the ability to set direction and drive execution in a fast paced environment.  Ideally the candidate will have working knowledge of the Commercial Bank and have a demonstrated track record of success deployment for large projects. The role offers a high level of visibility into Commercial Real Estate business strategy.   

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for creating and implementing a culture and process of continuous improvement
  • Perform extensive research and identify addressable improvement opportunities using knowledge of the commercial real estate business and CTL process
  • Synthesize information and prepare presentation materials to be shared with senior management, functional groups and other relevant stakeholders
  • Partner with subject matter experts and business partners to prioritize, drive and execute system enhancements
  • Work with Project Managers, Product Owners & Development Leads to produce effort estimates, ensure task completion within estimates, identify and communicate variances.
  • Support business and application development teams throughout the project life cycle.
  • Coordinate implementation plan with various JPMorgan Chase business and technology teams.

 

The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer.  It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level.

 
·         10+ years experience Business management and/or project management experience
·         15+ years experience conducting business analysis, documenting data mapping, process flows, reporting specifications.
·         Effective problem solving and analytical skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; and demonstrated ability to interact with technical, non-technical, and business members of the organization. - Strong with SSRS, Dashboard, Score Card, and drilldown capability
·         Strong SQL query, Reporting performance and reliability
·         Experience with Pivot and Excel
·         Excellent problem solving/analytical skills with a high level of accuracy
·         Development and implementation of innovative workflow, reporting and analysis solutions.
·         10 + years experience Identify data process improvements and leverage technology to automate and streamline existing processes
·         Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, wide-ranging and in-depth knowledge of industry practices
·         Excellent analytical and technical skills - able to collaborate with business users, gather requirements, propose streamlined, efficient and timely solutions and understand technical implications and needs
·         Ability to work with project cycles and manage rapid changes.
·         Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, work under pressure and deadline.
·         Knowledge of Agile/Iterative Software Development is required
·         Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
