Job Description:

As an Application Support Manager, your mission is to manage the support team in the Buenos Aires HUB.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Effectively convey root cause analysis of issues to software development staff for process/software changes.

• Prioritize workload, providing timely and accurate resolutions.

• Perform in-depth research and identify sources of production issues.

• Perform production support activities which involve assignment of issues/issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs.

• Daily support with resolution of escalated tickets and will act as liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner.

• Participate in knowledge transfer to ensure better grasp of the product and domain.

• Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect.

Qualifications Required:
• Computer Science, Engineer Graduation
• Experienced leadership and management
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills: professional, courteous, friendly, warm, empathic, level-headed and composed
• Flexible and adaptable to quick changing environment(s)
• Working knowledge of one or more scripting languages (e.g. VB Script, SQL, Python)
