Global Security & Investigations protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, security guard management and alarm response, crisis management, ATM, branch and corporate building security and customer safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, employment screening, security operations on a global basis and fraud investigations. The candidate must be a highly-motivated individual and must be able to handle a high level of complexity within their span of control, be able to deal with and work through ambiguity, be flexible enough to shift workload in accordance with changing priorities, and be comfortable dealing with and leading in a sometimes stressful and fast-paced, priority-driven environment.
Role responsibilities:
  • Responsible for daily Pre-Employment Screening reporting and analytics
  • Responsible for tracking and ensuring SLAs are being met
  • Partner with Team Leads to ensure volumes are being managed effectively
  • Provide weekly and monthly scorecard updates on metrics and SLAs
  • Ability to identify business process gaps and drive improved business operating models
  • Execute reconciliation reporting to ensure adequate controls are in place in day to day processing
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated process-oriented, problem solving and analytical skills
  • 3-5 years of experience with reporting and analytics, inclusive of creating requested reporting 
  • Intermediate to advanced technical skills of Microsoft Excel; must be able to complete V lookup, create pivot tables, graphs, manipulate data from multiple data sources and execute simple formula functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly understand complex subject matter
  • Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage to changes in plan
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues
  • Ability to work independently and be self motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to create effective presentations using PowerPoint
