Job Description:
The Latam lead for the Global Payment strategy will be responsible for the coordination and execution of the GPS program in Latam, including coordinating, designing and executing the End-to-End migration of Latam local systems to Global platforms.
According to the TS product strategy of each country in the region, the Latam GPS Head will be responsible for defining the appropriate technology design within the Global technology platform structure.
The migration Program includes Payments, Liquidity, Account Service products, statements and reporting.
To execute a seamless End-to-End migration, the role requires extensive integration with TS Product Heads, Channels, Sales, Operations, Technology, Compliance, etc. 
  • Execute the global product roadmap, including migration and new development, to provide strategic direction to support client requirements through collaboration with traditional product teams.
  • Coordinate with the regional Global Payments Product Leads to ensure new products rollout in the region align with the global payment strategy timeline.
  • Partner with Local Product teams ensure the client value-add features and regulatory aspects are incorporated into the business requirement documents.
  • The migration execution should apply Product management and promotion including ready-to-launch and ready-to-sell activities at the global and regional level and through collaboration with the traditional product teams in the regions.
  • Partner with Global Payments Strategy program management to ensure all deliverables and projects related to the launch of the new products are delivered on schedule.
  • Partner with local Product build out team to ensure alignment with the Global payment strategy in terms of business and regulatory requirements, technology and UAT capacity, releases timeline to optimize resources, avoid program conflicts and maximize time to market 


  • Demonstrate your proven product management and development experience within a Wholesale, or Commercial bank, preferably in cash management
  • Demonstrate to be a strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution.
  • Ability to give examples of presentation and influencing skills both with clients and internal partnerships
  • Active risk and control mind-set and expertise applied when defining business requirements for Product Development
  • Extensive treasury management banking experience and product management payments experience a plus
  • Solid track record of success in developing and implementing large-scale initiatives
  • Experience with and/or prior collaboration with Sales, Operations and Technology
  • Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
  • Superior presentation and communication skills can sell self and ideas
  • Ability to proactively distribute thought expertise
  • Desire to win
  • Requires travel (10%), primarily NA.
  • Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
