Job Description:
  • Detailed analysis and documentation of both functional and non-functional business needs to create business requirements
    •  Analyze current business process to understand the business needs and to determine how to best fulfill those needs via system and process
    • Liaise with the Compliance,  Operations, Front Offices Sales, Risk and Privacy teams to ensure alignment and understanding of new requirements. This includes running workshops to elicit their requirements
    • Work closely with Technology partners to ensure requirements are built as expected
    • Timely escalation and resolution of issues
    • Conducting gap analysis between current and to-be requirements
    • Preparation of process flows that demonstrate alignment of system functionality to the operational process
    • Present to stakeholders/sponsors
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of advanced analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex, quick paced work environment with collaborative style and ability to build the appropriate relationships
  • Successful track record for meeting deadlines and interacting successfully with individuals in a multi-faceted organization.Experience with Data Science and technical capabilities as it relates to data management and performing analytics is required. 
  • Experience with data visualization is required. 
  • Capabilities to develop analytical tools and small applications is required in order to build metric based solutions
  • Skills in use of Tableau, Qlikview, Access, R, Excel or other related analytical and visualization tools is required
  • Proven critical thinking ability; can understand all the information available, tie it all together, and speak to it clearly and concisely.
  • Proven communications (verbal and written) capabilities in order to effectively share results in executive updates
  • Proven track record driving significant improvements and excellence within an organization.
  • Ability to develop, coordinate and occasionally lead initiatives in a combined operations environment and to build rapport and garner respect in a collaborative cross-cultural environment
