As a Campaign Manager within Marketing Services, you will be responsible for oversight of multiple campaigns/projects of varying complexity. Campaigns may include execution across all delivery channels in support of Marketing initiatives.  You will partner with the Business Team’s Lead Marketer and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and business areas to coordinate the end-to-end execution of Marketing Campaigns and support process improvement initiatives. The Campaign Manager acts as the primary resource for the execution of marketing campaign requirements and has ownership for timelines, deliverables, metrics, and strong control process adherence and approvals for key campaign documentation during the campaign lifecycle. 
The ideal candidate will have some background in project management, process improvement, and demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service while managing competing demands and shifting priorities.
  • Work with stakeholders to define campaign requirements and play a leadership role in overcoming executional challenges by proactively proposing potential solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end execution and coordination of multiple campaigns with concurrent, and sometimes competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Develop executional campaign strategy and execute internal processes by becoming an expert resource in the procedures and systems that support the marketing campaign process
  • Establish and monitor campaign execution requirements documents
  • Ensure campaigns are completed on-time and that objectives conform to line of business standards, operations objectives, and client needs
  • Organize and direct the activities of campaign teams to ensure quality results and timeliness of campaign completion 
  • Resolve conflicts through collaboration, relationship skills and negotiations with impacted areas, involving management, as appropriate
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for assigned campaigns, as needed
  • 3 - 5 years marketing execution, project execution, OR related experiences
  • Demonstrated experience:
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders both inside and outside the company
  • Motivating, influencing and leading others, without a direct reporting relationship
  • Listening, providing clarity and communicating effectively
  • Organizing information and providing high-level and detailed information effectively to various levels and roles
  • Working as part of a team
  • Following procedures or specified processes striving for flawless execution
  • Overseeing a project’s scope; recognizing and managing requests that are out of scope
  • Writing Requirements Documents
  • Ensuring information protection and risk policies are implemented to protect sensitive information and uphold legal and/or regulatory obligations 
  • Understanding of core marketing channels: Digital, Email, Direct Mail
  • Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, in-person and over the phone)


  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a regulated industry with an understanding of the risks and controls functions and their impacts on marketing campaign management
  • Project/strategic planning and business background with understanding of the financial industry Business Team structure
  • Business analysis and process mapping experience
  • Root cause analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of and experience managing campaign or project execution
  • Problem analysis and resolution expertise
