Global Business & Document Services (GBDS) is the corporation's primary print production and distribution unit for JPMorgan Chase. GBDS provides Statement Processing Services across all Lines of Business. GBDS also are responsible for managing vital employee services, including print & copy, messenger, courier, fulfillment, SmartPrint program, SmartTrack and High Value Media Group (HVMG) that provides end-to-end capabilities, allowing us to design, personalize, print, assemble and deliver products the same-day.
This position is to manage and operate the mail team to achieve the goals of Mail Service for creating an efficient, credible, security and safety platform to the users. Monitor and arrange the mail service to reach in an efficient, flexible and continued innovative level is including incoming/outgoing ordinary/couriers/internal mail service.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and operate the daily operations. To keep the mail service running smoothly and ensure all mail activities are following the Standard Operation Procedure to take the action.
  • Supervise team members in daily activities. To train all team members to gain much knowledge in their job role and upgrade the ability of problem solution.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and maintain positive business relationships with company personnel, outside resources, and customers.
  • Operate the mail service in a cost effective manner. Choose the best services with competitive price.
  • PacTrac system administration. Ensure all incoming couriers/registered mail/TrackOne with signed acknowledge receipt in the PacTrac system and upload to database for further checking.
  • Prepare the mail report to Management. Monitor all mails activities with no irregular expense.
  • Continuous meet customer expectation. To collect much opinion to improve and enhance the service quality.
  • To maintain a good working atmosphere. Monthly meeting with team members and regular visit to all locations and take more coaching with them to enhance team spirit thru formal and informal communications.
  • Meeting with vendors. Regular communications with vendors, keeping a good relationship to enhance the service quality.

Baseline Knowledge, Characteristics, and Qualifications:

  • High school education
  • Integrity and strong interpersonal skills. Five years of mailroom operations experience is required. Two years of supervisory experience is preferred. Must demonstrate professionalism in interaction and communication with Clients and teammates.
  • Computer literacy. Experience with Microsoft Office applications or other similar software applications is preferred.
  • Accountability and dependability.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
