Job Description:
  • Drive the adoption of a DevOps model across the Payments & Intraday Liquidity Technology team adoption.
  • Design and implement an ALM tooling and process strategy to support continuous integration and continuous delivery with end to end automation: eg automated testing (regression, functional, integration), automated deployment, end to end requirement traceability etc.
  • Support the continued evolution of agile practices with the necessary tools.
  • Lead the QA function to implement (automated) end to end testing that streamlines the agile development lifecycle and measurably minimizes post-deployment issues.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the overall test strategy and ALM automation is fit for purpose.
  • Develop key performance and risk indicators to continuously drive improvements in both testing execution process, quality of product, and efficiency of the full ALM lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment with Firm, CIB and Banking-wide architectural standards and policies.
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to influence and drive outcomes across a large organization and at a senior level, and achieve consensus.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing large cross-functional teams and the flexibility to influence people at a variety of levels internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and advise multiple IT projects simultaneously, supporting a number of customers on time and within budget.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely.
  • Senior Director level role with 10+ years industry experience.
  • Excellent understanding of global payments (eg SWIFT, global liquidity management, anti-money laundering and sanctions screening).
  • Expert in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines across all Banking systems.
  • Project and Program Management skills/knowledge.
  • Familiarity with agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
