Audience Targeting is a highly specialized team dedicated to
and future Chase customers that match the strategy requirements of our business partners. The team currently supports Auto Finance, Home Lending, Merchant Services and Credit Card Lines of Business.
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will collaborate with our campaign stakeholders to understand the business strategy and develop SAS programming to generate lists and attributes for targeted communications. The BSA will frequently use SQL, SAS, Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) or equivalent reporting tools to assist the business in meeting operational objectives. The BSA will require strong technical writing and communication skills in order to finalize requirements into a technical specification document, creating a framework for how the program will be executed. Audience Targeting works in a highly regulated in environment requiring the BSA to adhere to policies and procedures that will ensure we maintain the highest standards of quality for our customers and audit readiness.
