The Communication Services eLetters Process Team is being developed to support the eLetters Process and the related Events Ecosystem.  eLetters allows servicing letters to be delivered via email. Process Ownership also includes the related Events Ecosystem.  This role includes reporting definition and coding responsibilities on the new Communication Services eLetters Process Team. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Identify reporting needs for operational items, controls, process.  Consider all audiences.
  • Understand eLetters process and data to facilitate meaningful reports. 
  • Define KPI’s for the process.
  • Define reports for all levels of the process: top of house to departmental.
  • Identify source data and reporting approach to ensure consistency of reporting for data points, roll ups, and date ranges.
  • Create reporting that will scale as business is added to the process.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated understanding of data relationships, report structure, and data source concepts
  • Ability to create meaningful reporting for varied audiences
  • Ability to create self-service platforms for dashboard and detailed reports
  • Demonstrated familiarity with database structures, data retrieval methods, and performance concerns
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, Tableau, Alteryx and Visio;
  • College Degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience
