The goal of the Global Business Resiliency (GBR) Team is to ensure firm wide oversight over all business resiliency.  Business resiliency focuses on ensuring that the firm can maintain key business processes, systems and support functions in the event of disruptive events. 
Role Summary/Responsibilities:
The Resiliency analyst will be an integral part of the GBR team and actively engage and participate in all GBR activities, including:
  • Support delivery of MIS reporting on the program and escalation of status / issues
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management, and written and oral communication skills
  • Solid ability to research and analyze data
  • Highly organized; manage data repository and project library
  • Develop an intimate knowledge of internal and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Effectively communicate verbal and written reporting analysis to senior managers
  • Implement reporting initiatives and partner with Technology as needed
Business Engagement
  • Develop an intimate knowledge of the business resiliency organization, programs, processes, and needs/challenges
  • Develop an intimate knowledge of lines of business reporting operations and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • BA (or equivalent) degree required
  • Professional business/operations experience (2+ years)
  • Ability to work under demanding deadlines within a fast paced environment
  • Experience and exposure in MIS, managing projects, risks & controls related fields (e.g. audit, resiliency, operational risk) preferred
  • Self-starter and motivated, able to operate with limited supervision
  • Detail and delivery oriented, able to effectively plan and track to timeline
  • Flexible and comfortable working with multiple competing timelines/tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to work with multiple teams and time zones
  • Effective communication; able to communicate succinctly both in writing and in speech with all levels
