Global Funds Management oversees the delivery of JPMorgan Funds to individual and institutional investors around the world through regionally-based fund complexes operating in Asia-Pacific, the Americas and Europe.
Its funds span the complete spectrum of investment strategies, including equity, multi-asset, fixed income, currency, real estate, hedge funds and private equity. Funds are primarily offered to investors through third-party distributors, such as Financial Advisors in the U.S., but also directly to retail investors in a few markets like Taiwan.

Responsibilities:
The CRM Analyst will be a key contributor in the business identifying and documenting requirements for enhancements and upgrades. Additionally, this individual will be heavily involved with the balancing of transparency files within the CRM and working with our integration partners.  The analyst will interact with all levels within Funds Management to help support various CRM tools such as Salesforce, SalesPage, mWholesaler, and Funds CRM. 
 
The individual may work all aspects of software updates and rollouts within the business. The individual will maintain documentation and procedures, while performing on-going daily maintenance and updates.  They may also be responsible for updating the application code and/or managing the vendor update process. They will also be responsible for UAT, training, and determining downstream impacts of operational processes.  Additionally, they will maintain Corporate Risk standards.

  • Strong product knowledge and demonstrated expertise within CRM application systems. 
  • Ability to take initiative to find a solution to a presented problem along with researching unidentified issues.   
  • Strong analytical skills to help interpret business requirements and aid in translation to technical resources.   
  • Project experience to maintain on-time delivery and partnerships with vendors, business users, and application support.   
  • Strong knowledge of database and data management experience.  
  • Strong knowledge of transact-SQL to aid in testing of releases. 
  • Understanding of Investment Management Business, Mutual Funds,Managed Accounts, and/or Separate Accounts. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Self motivated/starter. 
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
