The goal of the Global Business Resiliency Team is to ensure firm wide oversight over all business resiliency.  Business resiliency focuses on ensuring that the firm can maintain key business processes, systems and support functions in the event of disruptive events. 
Role Summary/Responsibilities:
The Resiliency Analyst’s primary responsibilities include:
  • Reporting
  • Responsibility for centralizing all reporting metrics/ MIS issued across the firm wide resiliency stakeholders.
  • Monthly metrics for Resiliency working with the Regional Leads and the LOB Business Resiliency Officers
  • Improve qualitative analysis on the metrics, highlight actual and potential risk exposure, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage and implement proposed changes partnering with Technology as needed
  • BA (or equivalent) degree required
  • 5+ years financial services experience with background  in Business Resiliency, and/or exposure in risks/controls related fields (e.g. audit, resiliency, operational risk) preferred
  • Experience leading and managing a team and facilitating meetings
  • Strong logical, analytical and quantitative mindset and skills
  • Self-starter and motivated, able to operate with limited supervision
  • Detail and delivery oriented, able to effectively plan and track to timeline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (communicate effectively at all levels of the organization).
  • Ability to summarize large amounts of information, and synthesize key messages to a senior audience.
  • Flexible and comfortable working with multiple competing timelines/tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to work with multiple teams and time zones
  • Demonstrate ability to work well across global groups in various lines of businesses and disciplines.
  • Strong Proficiency skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
