Role Description
 
Ensure quality execution of the training strategy required to support the build out of J.P. Morgan’s Warsaw Corporate Center. Effectively program manage and facilitate local induction courses. Work with local business and HR stakeholders to identify evolving training requirements and source appropriate solutions through collaboration with global CAO & Technology Training colleagues.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
  • Training Needs Analysis: Partner with local business stakeholders, Human Resources and CAO & Technology Training colleagues to assess and document the ongoing learning needs of Poland staff.
  • Course Delivery: Effectively facilitate aspects of the Poland new hire induction and key courses from J.P. Morgan’s Operational Excellence and Professional Skills curriculum
  • Program Management: Identify and prepare local speakers, schedule classes and effectively manage logistics to ensure quality execution of all local training events   
  • Evaluation: Track and communicate results of training feedback from delegates, identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local / global stakeholders to communicate training strategy and impact of execution.
