                                   U.S. Business Platform – Board Management
 
J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. (“JPMIM”), a business line within JPMorgan Asset Management, serves as the Administrator for the J.P. Morgan Fund complex acting as a fiduciary for more than 150 mutual funds and ETFs, and in excess of 100 institutional pooled investment vehicles, with over $700 billion in assets under management. 
 
JPMIM has established a dedicated team, U.S. Business Platform (“USBP”), to oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the pooled vehicles.  USBP, which reports to the Chief Administrative Officer, is comprised of the following functional areas: 
 
  • Board Management
  • Product Development
  • Product Administration
  • Product Implementation/Project Management
  • Tax
  • Business and Regulatory Controls
This individual will be part of the Board Management team.  Specific duties will include:
 
  • Assisting with the coordination of the quarterly Fund Governance Committee meetings, including the preparation of agendas, dissemination of meeting materials, and preparation of minutes
  • Assisting with the production of quarterly meeting materials for three to four Boards, including quality control and timely delivery
  • Maintaining follow-up lists to ensure actionable items from each Board and Fund Governance Committee meetings are completed
  • Assisting with annual contract renewal process under Section 15(c) of the Investment Company Act of 1940
  • Monitoring regulatory environment to ensure changes are adequately addressed in Board meetings and internal Governance forums
  • Providing support of the J.P. Morgan Funds Chief Administrative Officer, as needed
  • Providing support to various other ad hoc projects as defined by business needs, including new products, changes in regulatory requirements, and other changes in the mutual fund industry


 

 
 

Bachelors degree and Minimum of 10 years mutual fund or institutional account experience
