Job Description:
Liaison between the lines of business and the Development team. Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs. Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create a functional designs across applications. This high level functional design is used by BAs of all levels within the group as a basis for their low-level functional design. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level resource.

Responsibilities:

 

·         Support the development team by defining changes that are required in the API or service logic to fulfill the business requirements. 

·         Produce component specifications for development.

·         Define and maintain applications’ semantic model.

·         Identify gaps and missed requirements during component integration phase.

·         Ensure system level documentation is updated and accurate on an ongoing basis.

·         Define acceptance criteria for each story and facilitate test scenario definition, automation and troubleshooting

 

Qualifications:

 

·         6+ Years of related technical analysis, modeling and design experience.

·         Highly technical, previous development background is a plus.

·         Experienced in Agile methodologies, especially deliverables and processes around technical analysis.

·         Experienced or knowledgeable with semantic model.

·         Experience in application design patterns and architecture.

·         Experience in data modeling and data analysis.

·         Experience in translating business requirements into technical requirements.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as highly developed interpersonal and influence skills.

·         Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced team environment.

·         General knowledge of banking concepts and products.

·         Experience with payment networks, authorizations, credit / debit
