Business Overview & Role Description:
The Cash & Liquidity Product Manager will be responsible for the consolidation of the product enhancement strategy and roadmap. Management of all of the remediation efforts over the Cash and Liquidity team, ensuring we are in adherence with internal policy and External regulations. This will require the individual to work with the managers supporting all the Cash & Liquidity product, in turn developing a broad understanding of the complete product set. They will be expected to work closely with the internal utility teams to ensure a consistent and structured approach. The incumbent will put in place a governance structure to ensure all tasks are completed on time and in adherence with corporate standards. The scope of this role will cover the European businesses. There will need to be partner across the broader Custody and Fund Services as well as the Agency Clearing, Collateral Management and Execution business (which are generally the sources of the cash balances.)
You must be able to demonstrate your liquidity product and/or cash management expertise, preferably working with Investor Services clients
Track record of identifying product gaps and representing client requirements to assist in prioritizing product development
You must have experience of analyzing complex information from variety of sources
You must be able to demonstrate effective communication, presentation and influencing skills
Ability to work well in a matrixed and complex organization, with clear, results driven focus
Proven ability to partner well, particularly as part of a global business
Consolidation / management of the strategy of the various liquidity products in the European region – working with various teams to support the implementation of product set.
Work closely with Product development to ensure the relevant requirements and strategic direction are defined to ensure the annual investment cycle is adhered to for Cash and Liquidity topics.
Management of the remediation agenda for the European region, working closely with the other Cash and Liquidity regions to ensure a consistent approach (where possible.)
Create a governance process to ensure a structured entry point for internal utility teams (Legal, Risk and business control.)
Support Ad-hoc research and resolution of daily issues, data requests, reporting requirements, as well as regulatory requests
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and buying behavior patterns.
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA, Accounting, Treasury, Securities or Investment business qualifications preferred
