*Duplicates are identified based demographic information, including Name, Date of Birth, SSN/TIN and Address
*Remediation team to review client documentation to confirm the ECIs represent the same individual
*Documentation, MOL and additional demographic reviews and updates are completed on the surviving ECI in preparation for the merge
*Reduce the creation of duplicates and improve the ability to identify and remediate more timely as well as 


  • Management oversight of KRI’s and KPI’s
  • Review of the process ensuring exceptional performance, efficiency and risk management
  • Stakeholder management, Ensuring trainings have been imparted within the team for effective execution of BAU
  • Ensuring all risk policies are adhered without any compromise
  • Leading the team from the front
  • Managing appraisals and grooming leaders for future plans.


Minimum qualifications Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/other related background) with •    Good Product & Process Knowledge, Ability to perform Research & Investigation, Good Problem Solving & Analytical Skills, MIS & Reporting Skills, Ability to manage Stakeholder, Identify opportunities for process improvement/improve efficiency.
  • Minimum experience Min 8+ years experience in Financial Services environment
  • Key competencies must indicate competencies essential to do the job
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Demonstrated track record of bringing initiatives to closure
    • Ability to manage through a changing business landscape
    • Proficient in managing projects. Deep understanding of operations
    • Understanding of the regulations pertains to the various markets.
    • Candidate should possess strong knowledge of banking operations.
    • Leadership skills to drive discussions and lead the group
    • Relationship building with diverse groups and senior executives.
    • Have an affinity or ability for systems thinking.
    • Ability to work with tight deadlines and drive quick TAT.
    • People management experience and Client focus
    • Expertise with MS Office tools
    • Data presentation and interpretation skills.
